Booking Procedure

  • Fill up and submit the Booking Form.
  • After confirmation of availability, we will reply to you with payment details.
  • Make your payment via the information provided.
  • Check in on the date, show your ID/passport and sign the guest registration form at the hotel.
  • Our staff will hand over the room card for your access to the room.

Terms & Conditions

  • Check-in at 3:00 PM, Check-out at 12:00 PM
  • In line with the Malaysia government’s decision to implement Sales and Service Tax (SST) of 6% effective 1st January 2022, this tax is not included in the above room rate.
  • An additional tourism tax of RM10 per accommodation per night will be collected for foreigners. Permanent residents and Malaysian nationals are exempted from this tax.
  • In case of a no-show during check-in time, all payments and bookings therewith will be forfeited and cancelled. The room will be released. A 50% refund will be given if cancellation is made 2 days in advance.
  • Upon check-in, no refund can be made and room type cannot be changed midway.
  • Booking dates can be changed depending on room availability.
  • No splitting of packages for 2 different arrival dates.
