Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM.
Starting from January 1st, 2024, a Sales and Service Tax (SST) of 8% will be applicable.
Foreign guests will be charged an additional tourism tax of RM10 per accommodation per night. Permanent residents and Malaysian nationals are exempt from this tax.
In the event of a no-show during the check-in time, all payments and bookings will be forfeited, and the reservation will be canceled, releasing the room. A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 2 days in advance.
Once checked-in, no refunds will be issued, and changes to room types during the stay are not allowed.
Changes to booking dates are allowed, subject to room availability.
Packages cannot be split for different arrival dates.
