Booking Procedure

  • Fill up and submit the Booking Form.
  • After confirmation of availability, we will reply to you with rental and payment details.
  • Sign our rental agreement and make your payment via the information provided.
  • Our event coordinator will get in touch you with for further details and arrangements towards your event day.

Terms & Conditions

  • The extension of the rental hour will be at the rate of RM250 per hour.
  • A security deposit of RM300 in cash is to be collected before the start of the event. Security Deposit is refundable in the next working day after the event unless there are any damages/missing items. The cost of repairing or replacing items will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost of repairing or replacing any damaged items is more than the security deposit(s) the renter is required to pay for the complete cost of the repair or replacement.
  • The property owners are NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness or any other liability that may occur while on the premise or its facilities.
  • The property owners are NOT responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
  • Renters or guests are not to use any of the spaces marked “No Entry”.
  • The Renter agrees to at all times keep all areas of the property clean and the passageways clear and accessible.
  • The Renter agrees to remove and properly dispose of all food, trash and garbage brought into the facility unless they receive specific permission from the venue to leave certain materials behind. The venue must be left in its original condition upon checkout.


  • No penetrating items (nails, screws, staples), adhesives or fastenings may be driven into or attached to the walls, doors, glass, floors, furniture, fittings and equipment of the event space without the express consent of the onsite manager.
  • No open flame/frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated for open flames.
  • The usage of bubble machines, open fire, light and similar sources, e.g. ethyl alcohol, heating oil, gas, etc. is strictly prohibited on the premise.
  • Loud music, illegal acts, unhealthy activity, political activity, drug use of any kind, sexual activity, nude photography, nude video shooting, funeral, funeral-related event, funeral-related business activity, explosives or fireworks use etc. are strictly not allowed in the premise.
  • No pets are allowed on the premise.
  • Smoking is not permitted on the premise.
